    From intelligence sources of the Security Service of Ukraine it became known that operative Degtyarev and the stalker accompanying him, nicknamed Strelok, went missing in the central regions of the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. A series of attempts to contact the agents mentioned above from outside the perimeter were unsuccessful. The data obtained, as well as the analysis of information about the activity of some illegally armed groups in the ChEZ territory, make it possible to assume that both may be in real danger.

    Return of the Scar is a story mod that appeared in 2012 and was developed for the game Stalker Shadows of Chernobyl. The development was based on such mods as AMK 1.4.1, ABC Inferno 1.1, Cabrobro and many other famous mods currently in use and those that have already been closed as projects. Initially, the Return of the Scar Mod was intended as an addon for Narodnaya Solyanka, which was supposed to continue its plot. The main goal and idea of ​​the author was to return the main character Stalker Clear Sky Scar to the plot of Shadows of Chernobyl and continue the development of the story about him embodied in a completely new plot.

    Two stalkers were tasked to find drawings of the Pripyat-Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant transition at the Cordon checkpoint and bring them to Pripyat. The checkpoint was attacked by mutants and all the military died... The drawings remained untouched. After taking the papers, the stalkers were chased by a pack of monsters, the stalkers were forced to hide. The shelter was a basement in a nearby village... Before entering the basement, one of the stalkers, with the nickname "Sera", ran into a trip mine and was seriously injured... Having taken refuge in the basement, the second stalker tried to help him, but to no avail... Taking With a sniper rifle, a machine gun, and a pack of cartridges in his hands, the stalker continued on his way alone. The way to Pripyat. Who ordered these drawings? Who was Sera the stalker? And what is the main purpose for which all this happened - you will find out after going through the main plot of the mod...

    Marked is an employee of the scientific research institute of the Chernobyl Anomalous Zone. In one research camp on the territory of the Zone, it was determined that the only way to destroy the Zone was to activate 5 mysterious artifacts in the Monolith bunker. However, after this discovery, all camp employees die. The Marked One goes to the Zone to determine the cause of death of employees and find 5 most dangerous artifacts.
